A new kind of normal

To ensure that we comply with all necessary safety requirements we have put in measures for the benefit of customers and staff, please take a little time to read the below to ensure that these requirements are clearly understood.

• We cannot perform some treatments, so please note if the treatment is not available online, we cannot perform it
• All customers will be charged £1.50 extra per visit to cover the cost of PPE gear for your therapist and this will include nail files for manicure and pedicure treatment
• All clients will be required to use a face mask or purchase a visor for manicure and pedicure treatments clients, we do have visors to purchase for £2.50 (this is one off charge as you will take home and bring back for your next visit, please make sure that it is thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaner and do not re-use for any other purpose)
• All other treatments clients will be required to purchase a face mask or use their own
• Please do not bring any unnecessary baggage or clothing items
• We cannot accept any children or accompanied clients (unless under medical grounds)
• We ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment and be aware of which therapist they are booked with
• Treat card points will not be awarded and cannot be used for the next few months until we are able to offer a full range of treatments
• We will ensure that clients for all manicures and pedicures will be treated in separate rooms or be socially distanced and ask all clients to respect social distancing from other clients in communal areas

MOST IMPORTANTLY – Please do not come to the salon if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms

Wednesday – 11am to 7pm
Thursday – 11am to 7pm
Friday -9am to 5pm
Saturday – 9am to 4pm

August only

Tuesday – 11pm to 9pm
Wednesday – 1pm to 9pm
Thursday -1pm to 7pm
Friday – 9am to 5pm
Saturday – 9am to 4pm

We will look at September opening hours once we have received further government guidelines, however we will compile a waiting list for September and onwards if necessary.
